Return & Refund Policy
We want every purchase to bring you complete peace of mind. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please read the policy below to understand the full return process.
1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe
- Return Window: 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.
- Product Condition: Items must be returned unused, uninstalled, in brand-new condition, and include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and the outer shipping carton.
- Non-returnable Items: Customized products (special sizes, custom orders, or items marked “Final Sale”) are not eligible for return or exchange.
Special Cases
- Shipping Damage or Manufacturing Defects: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos. Once verified, we cover all return shipping costs and offer a full refund or free replacement.
- Warranty Issues: Quality problems occurring during normal use within the warranty period will be handled under our warranty terms (repair or replacement only).
2. Return Reasons & Shipping Responsibility

Note: Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has shipped. If the order has not yet shipped, expedited fees can be fully refunded upon cancellation.
3. How to Start a Return
- Contact Us Email quanghapham22@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the item and its packaging (this speeds up processing).
- Receive Authorization Within 1–2 business days we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the exact return warehouse address. Important: Returns must be sent to the address we provide. Packages sent elsewhere cannot be processed.
- Repack & Ship Use all original packaging. We strongly recommend taking photos before shipping and purchasing shipping insurance + tracking.
4. Refund Process
- Inspection takes 5–10 business days after the item arrives at our warehouse.
- If the item meets all return conditions, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 1–30 days to reflect the refund.
- Refunds may be denied or partially deducted if the item is used, damaged, missing parts/packaging, or lost/damaged in transit without insurance.
5. Order Cancellation (Non-custom Items)
- Within 24 hours of purchase: Free cancellation, full refund.
- After 24 hours but before shipping: 5%–20% cancellation fee may apply.
- Once shipped or delivered: Cancellation no longer possible.
- Customized orders: Non-cancellable and non-refundable.
6. Important Notes
The following are not eligible for return/refund:
- Customized products
- Damage caused by the customer
- Packages lost because an incorrect return address was used
We highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance and keeping tracking information for your return shipment.
